The Art of Manifesting You

A two part workshop where healing and art meet.

Part one is all about the real deep dive of healing & manifesting YOU.

This workshop was created from a soul filled heavy space I was navigating while going through leaving my religion and my marriage. I had often been told my worth and self-worth was tied to both of those things, so much so that I had deep beliefs and fear that IF either of those were to no longer exist in my life, I would no longer have value or worth, To the world, to my family, and to myself. 
I was wrong. 

Calling in the life you want to create by healing the scarcity mindset most of us have deep within us. Healing our inner child who believes maybe we don’t deserve or can’t have all that we want. This is often a deep-seated belief we learned as a child. That we ask for too much, that we are too much, that we need to expect less, that we don't deserve more. BUT we do. We deserve all that we want. We are not too much, we ARE enough. 

I am going to teach you how to heal those thoughts and live differently with intention, so we can create & manifest abundance in ALL areas of our life! This week includes guided journaling prompts, actionable manifesting, a guided meditation & guided healing work.

Part Two is all about creative PLAY!!  We will create on vision boards & in art journals, the intentions we want to manifest for ourselves. We will do this with pictures we gather, ephemera, quotes, embellishments and even old journal pages. So much artsy goodness. THIS is one of my most favorite things to do just simply FIND Joy in my current present day. 

 I will show how to organize our boards/journals prior to putting them together, where I find and gather my favorite things for our boards & then of course, how put them all together. 

This class was born from a place of NEED. A place I needed to heal and also simply PLAY.
